You can use almost ANY MCU to program XDCP because XDCP is prgrammed through bus signal.
For some XDCP, we do have instuction sets and also programmable by the bus signal

同时请问一下Single XDCP与Dual XDCP在结构上有什么主要区别？区别是在可调电阻部分，还是在微控制器部分？

Dual XDCP provides seperate supply power to digital and analogue part of the circuitry inside the chip. It has better noise performance but more pin layout...
